Booths/Sponsorships

Thank you for sponsoring our Summit!  Attached you will find the schedule of events and a venue floor map.  You may set up one hour prior to the start of the conference and must be broken down one hour after the last event.

If you purchased a standard booth, you will locate our vendor area in the ASPEN ROOM at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff.  There will be 7 tables (8'x2) with two chairs each set up around the perimeter of the room.  Location is not assigned, so these booths are first come first serve.  Each vendor may have a maximum of two attendees due to space constraints in the room.

If you purchased a meal or meeting sponsorship with a booth, you will find tables strategically placed in the main hallways outside the meeting rooms.  These are 8'x2' tables with two chairs.  Location is not assigned, so these booths are first come first serve and for sponsors only.  Each sponsor may only have a maximum of two attendees due to space constraints.

SHIPPING:  If you wish to ship something to the hotel, you should ship to Little America, 2515 E. Butler Ave., Flagstaff, AZ 86004.  Please label attention to Jennifer McClelland, and put "AACOP Conference" and the dates you will be attending on the outside of the boxes.

ELECTRICAL:  There will be access to electrical, but it might be a distance from your table, so please bring appropriate extension cords.

WIFi:  You will be able to purchase WiFi through the hotel upon arrival.
