Thank you for sponsoring our Summit! Attached you will find the schedule of events and a venue floor map. You may set up one hour prior to the start of the conference and must be broken down one hour after the last event.
Standard Booth: Located in the Aspen Room at Little America Hotel, Flagstaff. Seven 8′×2′ tables with two chairs each around the perimeter. First–come, first–served. Maximum two attendees per vendor.
Meal/Meeting Sponsorship Booth: 8′×2′ tables in the hallways outside meeting rooms. First–come, first–served for sponsors only. Maximum two attendees per sponsor.
Shipping: Ship to Little America, 2515 E. Butler Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Label “ATTN: Jennifer McClelland – AACOP Conference” and your dates.
Electrical: Outlets available but may be a distance from your table—please bring extension cords.
WiFi: Purchase through the hotel upon arrival.
