Thursday, September 14th, 2017 – 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Colorado Belle – Banquet Room.

As the sponsor, your company receives exclusive contact with attendees as well as logo recognition on the event schedule, programs, and signage.  You also have the opportunity to address the membership for 15 minutes during the dinner.

Includes a blue (regular) booth. You can select either two indoor booths, or you have the option of selecting an indoor and an outdoor booth.  The outdoor booth would be one of the regular booths (yellow with electric or peach without). If you desire to have a better location, then paid upgrades are available for a more prime location.

Price: $4,000.00

The booth includes: one 10x8, shell-scheme booth with black backdrop, brown carpeting and black table cloth, an 8x8 table, two chairs and ACCESS to electrical. Make sure you bring your own surge protector and commercial-grade extension cord that can reach up to 25 ft.  Continental breakfast and buffet-style lunch are provided on the days of the vendor show for up to two vendor attendees per company.
